Macaron which is also popular at Lyon main store, has dough with home-grinded almond, aromatic flavor and food feeling. Enjoy a variety of flavors such as chocolate, raspberry, and other limited flavors with seasonal ingredients.

Sébastien Bouillet’s specialty is “Macalyon”, macaron coated by chocolate. Since Sébastien feels a personal attachment, Macalyon has been on sale throughout the year also at Lyon main store. The naming comes from” macaron + Lyon = Macalyon”.
